  15. until this part etc etc I don't see the genius in the lyrics. I'm sorry. I'm dont arguing with you about it, cause obviously I won't change your mind and you won't change mine, even though your arguments are weak.
  16. ^^^^man, the process of music changing through the years IS ordinary and necessary. Going the easy way and not trying to do something richer and more complex isn't. It's not because they use new sounds that it makes them revolutionary, especially if the chords progessions are weak and other technical stuff that I don't even feel like naming cause I'm not sure everyone could follow.
  17. I'm sorry, how does adding a ton of synths touch more musical places? How is it more original and better built? Yeah Clocks is clear cause everything is there, the synths aren't louder than the rest of the instruments, contrarily to ETIAW. I also personally put a lot of importance in the lyrics, even though I looove instrumentals, in a song where there are lyrics, you need to feel like the authors thought them through and didn't write them one night when they were drunk. It's just like that and Clocks (or any other song written before 2011) >>>>>>>>>> ETIAW. I also don't want the songs to all sound like AROBTTH. I am welcoming the change too. Although, I just would prefer if this change didn't mean going in a simpler/easier direction than what they've done before.
  18. OH MY GOD. I know it's a question of personal preferences, but OH MY GOD. Next time you try to make me (and others) believe that you like songs based off the complexity and originality of the music and the lyrics.... you'll hit the biggest wall you've ever hit.
  19. OMG WHO MADE THIS ACCOUNT. I love you, troll
  20. ^Yes. I don't think it's a genius thing to do, I think it takes much more creativity to create something ompletely new that you thought of yourself, but that's my opinion. Also, if you start categorizing people with pro-coldplay and anti-coldplay, you'll start a war. It's not because some people criticize the song that they are anti-Coldplay. You are right, it is just the riff, the chord progression isn't the same, the melody Chris sings during the verses and the break have nothing to do with Computer Love .
  21. Guys, that spanish band sampled I Go To Rio by Peter Allen, just like Coldplay did. The two original song didn't plagiarize, they got the permission, kthanks.
