Me and a couple of mates (who I had manged to convince that this single would be amazing) were huddled round a table in an empty classroom at school. We were listening to the first ever play of it on Radio 1 via the radio on my phone. I remember when I heard those chords on the piano and Chris singing "It was a long and dark December", at that moment I knew Coldplay were back and better than ever! It was an amazing moment. Also, that day a mate of mine who is also a big Coldplay fan passed his driving test and we drove around all evening listening to violet hill. It was a great day :D
