It's way more accessible, the song structures are more "pop" than their previous work, I think library pictures is the odd one out but the hidden gem in the album!

Seriously I am on my 20th listen now and realizing this is brilliant. The first two songs released were an obvious piss take, this is a band more confident you're spot on Jamie. I'm loving all of this record!!!

Is there to be a 2nd announcement of acts?

I think I'll still go to elbow, vaccines and kaiser sideshows regardless!!

Another thing I picked up is a lot of drop down to bass for second verses... Common in a few maybe too many of the songs. Maybe I'm too critical. I am loving the album.

Plus theyve added a shit load of reverb!!!!

There's a vintage fuzz mixed with classic arctic monkeys on this, I am quite enjoying the difference in sound. She's thunderstorms is great, a quality opener. Also there's a lot more variety and pace in this to differentiate it from Humbug. You can really hear four musicians jamming it out on this record which sadly you can't on a lot of LP's these days.
