I love MGMT, but I have heard that they are really bad live!

From Wikipedia: The British quartet is currently working on the new album. On 28 March 2011, during a 50 fans questions interview, Tim Rice-Oxley said the following about the next album: "Sonically, I think it's probably close to Under The Iron Sea. I think there are elements of all three albums as you'd expect, but I think Under The Iron Sea had a very good balance of that really strong, emotional core but also some amazing soundscape and a lot of energy peeks and also some really intimate moments like Hamburg Song and Try Again. I think and I hope its' going to be a really beautiful-sounding record. One of the things I loved about Perfect Symmetry was songs like Spiralling that had a massive amount of energy, so I hope it'll have some of that too." During their trip to China in April, Richard Hughes stated that the album might not come out until 2012 since they don't want to have any deadlines. In an interview in China in April 2011, Tim Rice-Oxley and Jesse Quin said the band's new album will be geared more towards rock, while at the same time revisiting elements of their second album, Under The Iron Sea. :)

I saw Keane live last June and they were BRILLIANT, but, yeah, I have to agree their new stuff is no way near as good as their old stuff. However I have read that their new album is supposed to be a lot like Under The Iron Sea!

Awesome, now I think I'm right about some of the themes of the new album!: Transmissions... On their website they have a section called 'Live TRANSMISSIONS', over that is a UFO...UFO's intercepting the transmissions...alien radio...hypnosis...swirls....it's all making sense!

Leon is my mates brother, he is a really nice guy in real life, and much smarter than he is portrayed and given credit for on this show!

Forgive me if this has been posted, but, in this picture, there is the communications tower/mast which has been on the website and then three words underneath. The last word is almost definetely Media I think, so that would in with communications... Maybe the album is about brain washing through the media...this would fit with hypnosis, sleep, strange things like the walking man, spirals...etc. And Major Minus is already a track title...are they the first two words? Discuss?

They are going to Leeds Festival, but a clash with The National is looking likely...I WANT TO SEE BOTH!!!! :(

There are some really good songs on there, and there are some not so good ones. I personally believe that Yours Truly, Angry Mob is a top notch album, I like all the songs on it!!

I'm not even watching the stream, but just reading everyones reactions make me want to see Coldplay so bad!!!! PLEASE ANNOUNCE A UK TOUR...LIKE...NOW! :D

The internet where I live is TERRIBLE, I can't play the stream, it keeps stopping. It's the same with YouTube videos, i have to stop them for AGES for them to load! :(
