I'd have been shocked if it wasn't on the album. Everything seems to suggest it will be the LP's final track.

I don't think anyone knows for sure, but this seems the most logical conclusion with the information we have.

The article says Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall is similar to the songs of the previous album, therefore it can't be trusted.

I was wondering if there might be a Ian McCulloch appearance as Echo and the Bunnymen played earlier. Maybe.
