Indeed, and neither do I. But the fan fics that I've heard about other pop culture phenomonas makes this one look tame.

Well, like I said before it is just apart of fandom that we have to sort of accept and not participate in. Eg: anime fans. Some choose to do weird fan fics, tribute videos etc. Others choose to just enjoy the anime itself.

But, why would Eno be singing on their track? Aside from the obvious. I just find that odd. Maybe Jonny and Guy were too shy to do solos.

Well, there is an academic approach to fan girls and their use of fandom. It's by no means wrong, just a different expression of fandom. Just ignore it if you don't like it.

^It's all good :P I filled out a survey for a radio station and at the end they asked what I'd like to hear more of on the radio. I wrote more Coldplay songs like Glass of Water, Lost! or Strawberry Swing. Next day, I turn on that station and GoW is playing. *melts*
