I paid $180 for U2 at the 'Dome :| so $145 at Rod Laver I can stomach. I've been waiting for this news since June :D

Day & Age is going to be phenominal! 2008 has been such a great year for music IMO for only 2 reasons; VLVODAAHF/PM and Day & Age.

I heard LIJ on Nova100 (Melb) on Monday. I was shocked cause I didn't even know it was the next single lol. I made my whole family(2 brothers, a sister and mum) all shutup which was quite a feat :)

If anyone is in Melbourne and is closish to the city, I'd imagine that the underground music place (or whatever it's called) in Myer would probs have it.

^ I disagree, from what I've heard, I'd say it's arguably the best track on the EP. How can people say it's a copy of VLV, just cause of the violin? Using that logic, just about every rock song ever written is a copy because they all have guitar/drums/lyrics etc. I LOVE RAINY DAY :)

That's extremely kind of you :) I'm touched. But since then I've been able to pre-order it thanks to the help of others, so I wouldn't want to you buy extra copies because it's likely that I'm not going to need one, and you'll be stuck with them :( That is so incredibly nice of you though :)

Cobalt, when you say ages, how long roughly? lol. I'm not fussed as long as I get one. And since I've already paid, I'll just listen to the leaks if the wait is too long. And yeah, that's why I started this thread, because everywhere I've looked/enquired has stated/listed the deluxe edition of VLV, and no member of Coldplaying in their right mind does not already own a copy :p This would have been so much easier if it was made available on itunes, I'm sure it would be cheaper for the band too, like in the instance of it not selling very well as they think it might judging from the limited release.
