  1. Indeed and I entered :sunny: Thanks a million Dan ! *crosses fingers until november comes*
  2. Hello there, The 247daystretcher site keeps ejecting me (or it is my small computer that is cannot read all the info ?) but when I try the non animated html version I don't find the competition. Can you help ? thanks a lot in advance
  3. Nice job you have Carlaatje ! Might need your styling advice sometime  Well for the gig I plan to customize some stuff of mine, although if I had the money I woud buy a shirt from CCC shop for funding charities. I am going to do a girly version of the army wear on my tight jacket, and I'll try and reproduce the V on a shirt like the one Chris wears on shows. It's like a-symetrical and placed on the lower half of the shirt. I am so broke : the holiday was great but not inexpensive, and buying the Coldplay ticket from seatwave did not help the budget of this momentarily unemployed girl! (I dont regret a thing no fret) If you like to know about the holiday, well until I have written something I can post, you can check the videos on Youtube (not by me) on this place called Ile d'Aix.. it's a dream and I am sure a lot of coldplayers would love that place (no cars, enough bars, various beaches).
  4. negatives : they feel more far away from us than before in spite of their efforts to be close to the audience during gigs. some of the illusion is gone. positives : their next album will be their masterpiece, integrating their former way of working with what they have learned when doing Viva. (I am already waiting impatiently for the EP in march, hope there will be songs we dont know yet ). even though all their work is already up there with other chef d'oeuvres. they are going to blow our minds still. again.
  5. Thank you Jenjie. Lovely double festival with great line up.
  6. Ah it is also a festival, I did not know that. Merci pour l'update Jordan.
  7. is Clocks also with Alicia Keys, I thought in Osaka she was at the Summer Sonic festival and that would be why she was a guest to them. Did she follow to Tokyo then ?
  8. Follow your heart 2732 ! You will be happier where you feel best with the people. I dont mean to advise as much as to wish you the best !
  9. Bare-footed Aqua blue ankle lenght linnen skirt Aubergine sleeveless shirt with "Earth Dance Amsterdam" print (glow in the dark) White thick cotton knit cardigan MP3 as a necklace Broad silver ring on index finger Earphones as earrings
  10. Hoi Carlaatje, I am just back from France, had a fantastic time. Next fun thing on schedule.. guess what !? It is still some time ahead but I have to work on my outfit. which is also nice. Have you got anything planned clothingwise for the concert ? ps Most excellent picture of Mr Berryman running you got there !
  11. And by now I even get an official proposal... thank you Master Key ! I wonder what will happen at the gig ...
  12. Hey I'm glad I made you laugh ! Could not make it a better 100st..
  13. Birds flying from the underground If you could see that you would understand Are you saying Oasis is trying to stay more "underground" with the arrogant attitude ? Remember Kurt Cobain saying that millions of people could not be right as if his own music and lyrics had gone bad when being appreciated by masses of people.
  14. Thanks Deborah br Did you hear at the end in the audience someone says "you know, yeah, you know" like they could not sing along but if they could they would let them know how much they love them :nice:
  15. I agree with Holycatfish totally and that is just why I would not want to see my favourite one on tv..
  16. Sorry I just think you're simply not able to understand Proof. You might still, one day, Ugadawg.
  17. Its' on the days that I feel boring and ugly that I listen to Wonderwall.. Afterwards I want badly to listen to the first 3 albums of Coldplay after each other to feel really better. :nice: Since I have been listening to Viva la Vida on a daily basis I have had more luck with men than in ages. What could this mean ? (100st post)
  18. Found it for you Claire : http://pjofics.yuku.com/topic/4088 :)
  19. Hi Claire, Its on the "Chris and Johnny" thread, in the general Coldplay forum, I believe.only I can't remember what page. Sorry. Melanieau puts in a link to her blog where she wrote the fiction. It's all about the brotherly friendship (and something more?) :)
  20. Oh Mel you giga perv ! I read your fiction on Chris and Johnny btw, some funny settings, yet adequate for the story, and the feeling is there, where we want it to be. Thanks a lot.
  21. I agree with you Professa95. Then Arcade Fire would sound like Talking Heads, and Yes like the Velvet Underground, LIJ or Strawberry swing like the Beatles and Stone Roses, and Lost! like Adam and the Ants and there is a of lot Peter Gabriel, U2, Jon Jopkins and Eno on the album, and... Who cares ? Coldplay have their own sound and their own approach. And it's brillant.:)
  22. Get well soon Chris ! :sunny: I hope the yoga will help you and decent food. And LOTS OF LOVE ! and maybe a goooooooood nap.
  23. Many happy returns Will Champion for you and your loved ones :sunny:  :drummer:  You are the rock upon which we stand
