Some people are naturally slender though, I'm a really slender build techinally my BMI is underweight but I eat healthy and regularly I just am naturally small, not every person who you think is skinny has an eating disorder you know. If your friend is anorexic then yes that is bad and she needs help to get over it and become a healthy weight again.
