What I always minded about X&Y is there are too many songs on it. It would have been better if (IMO) didn't have What If, Speed of Sound, Low and maybe one more song... Cause there are many similar songs there! But even then I wouldn't find it better than A Rush. :)

It's just that I won't accept (can't believe I wrote EXCEPT) it in the sense that I personally could never have my mind changed on this and find it really hard to understand , honestly that Madness is a good song by Muse standards. So I tend to go extreme. I meant that Keane's songs are hard to sing cause of Tom's amazing range.

I dislike 90% of Madness, I just think it is not a good song by Muse standards. And I really don't see what makes you think I don't respect others' opinions. In my eyes (ears), Madness will never be better than for example Stockholm Syndrome, Hysteria, New Born... just to name a few incredible masterpieces of Muse. And Paradise will never be better than Clocks, Politik, Viva la Vida etc. Everything I say is my own opinion, but I really strongly believe that the criteria of Muse and Coldplay have gone drastically down, and they prefer to make a hit rather than a good song. Which is kinda sad , given the immense talent of the two bands. Yeah, if you go by the rules of "only as good as the last one" . TKOL may not be the best Radiohead album, it's pretty shitty but what they have done and achieved cannot and should not be erased just like that. Cause being "big" at the moment is not always "good". Cause if it was, then Rita Ora, Justin Bieber, Keisha and other crapholes of artists would really be standing for quality.

When I said miles ahead I meant that Radiohead is better. Tom Chaplin has such an incredible voice, I wonder if the three singers (Thom, Chris, Matt) could sing Keane's songs...

Well I know it's a matter of taste but I personally find them miles away from Radiohead.

So have Muse. And Coldplay a bit. But MUSE have gone drastically down with Madness. I can't and won't except the opinion that that song is better than their older stuff. Undisclosed Desires was poppy and experimental but it was a million times better than this shit. As for Mylo Xyloto , I really find it weaker and a step back from Viva la Vida. Strangeland is cool IMO. Oh and yeah,, if you were to put top 3 current biggest UK bands you would have to put Radiohead there and not Keane.

Yeah I guess - Unnatural Selection was just a bland copy of New Born... And Uprising, Gudiing Light and USoE had some not original elements either... Still I enjoy the album, the bigger part of it.

Those are some great albums there ;) The Resistance - I don't quite agree that they were stuck. Well, at least not all of the album.

New direction is not always good (One Direction is never :laugh3: ) - I just think that some expreiments can go wrong, and in my view, Madness is.

It's incredibly dull, weak and not at all Muse but then again neither was Undisclosed Desires and I found it brilliant. I am not that crazy about Paradise either but it has a thousand times better melody and the overall effort (save for the lyrics). I just think Madness is a bad song. And Muse being my favorite band I just feel sad that they don't seem to care that much about or have drastically changed views on their music.

Take that shit Madness off the album and I am good. Not best. But OK.

I wouldn't be that extreme. I still love VLV and TR but find MX and the new songs from T2L that we heard to be rather weak.

I am really tired of Chris' saying bullshit sometimes. He is out of his mind if he truly believes Madness is the best Muse song. Why do these people get their criteria for quality so low lately???
