I guess it's... MX - 6 vs GS - 3 Oh and btw, I never understood people who say they "can't decide" between the two and "call it draw" because of it. It's a game! It's not like the other song that you did not pick will suddenly disappear or someone will get really mad at you for not choosing it! :D

I still think of that song being released as their own song on their own album is the biggest mistake in their career... And the stupidest thing.

Sorry if this had already been asked, or if it is a stupid question but- is there gonna be a physical release with the bonus tracks? What I mean is, does the CD bought at Target contain the 3 bonus tracks on the CD itself, or is it just some sort of digital download bonus? Thanks!

I agree, Atlas could have easily been on the album. And All My Friends just had to be on the album. :(

All Your Friends fits perfectly between Another's Arms and Oceans. I'd kick out ASFoS and put Ghost Story instead. Thank you very much.

Does anyone else feel like All Your Friends reminds of High Speed a bit? I think it's a cool track. Ghost Story is nice , too. Loving the guitars. I wouldn't mind them being on the album instead of some songs or just added.

Can I moderate it a bit? :) I'd say it's what makes people unique. While I still don't like and justify some of the stuff they did (ASFoS taking the top spot, need I mention?), I love the human feel beyond all the electronic in this music. So they may not be perfect at what they did here in spheres of production and quality, but they created an atmosphere. And that is definitely praiseworthy.

I'll be daring enough to say that I believe Up In Flames and ASFoS should have switched places, album wise.

Fuck it. I love this album. It's got tons of imperfections but it takes me somewhere. And that's what I appreciate most about it.

I feel strongly about this - Viva La Vida is the best Coldplay album they have ever done. In so many ways.

Nice post. Though I myself tend to be too judgemental too quickly, we should give this record time, and just listen to it. I like it, I am not fascinated by it and there are some things that are easier to rate when your ears are not yet fully used to the sound of the songs, one of those things being the production and the difference brought by the 'modern' sound. However, it is what it is. We can only "choose" to like it or not. And both of it is Ok.
