As much as I love Coldplay, they are fucking lazy when it comes to going diverse with their setlists, so I am guessing we will get 2 old songs to return tops... Unfortunately. I agree, hearing this live was surreal. Tons better than the studio version. And Politik, ffs, that should never EVER be dropped.

This coming from the guy who just called Amsterdam the worst song on the album. :D

High Speed GPASYF (I got really bored of it, even though I really think every song on this album is gold) What If Chinese Sleep Chant Rainy Day (I fucking hate that song) ETIAW (It would be either that or Up In Flames...) Oh and BTW I hate it when ppl put interludes and outros as their picks... Escapist? MMIX? Come on.

You sure had yourself a nice conversation with yourself over there :p :D We're gonna have to wait and see I guess. You are being a bit too subjective here I'd say. Cause for example I think Low is a rather weak track, and not all of their songs are 10/10 or 9/10... If anything, I'd give Atlas a 9 and rank Low really low (see what I did there?) :D Oh and BTW, don't stress about the 9 songs stuff cause a) There might be hidden tracks like on VLV (which had 3 of them, remember!!!) and b) Many great albums have less than ten songs - the best example is Thriller - 9 songs - all pure gold. Though yeah, Ghost Stories won't be all gold unfortunately.

Got to admit I am starting to like this song more and starting to like Always in my head less,when it was the other way round. Weird... Still not crazy about either of them though. And the lyrics are really lame.

Not really fired up so far, to be honest. Hopefully this will change with some other songs on the album because out of the ones that we've heard, I only really enjoy Midnight every now and then, Magic I find dreadful, Another's Arms dull and Always In My Head incomplete and too simple. Sorry, not meaning to burst them bubblez.

Same with me. I just felt nothing. And they seemed less enthusiastic than usual. Hope it's just the adjusting/transition period for them, I still believe them to be one of the most amazing live bands to see perform and also, their passion about music is unique. Hope they are not losing it, I want them to love what they do still. I guess I am just being paranoid.

Yeah but the down-part of the tour was Up In Flames, and so far all the songs from the album have that vibe. Imagine a concert with 10/20 Up In Flames type songs... :/ Or sth.

Same here... I don't want to judge too soon, but it's shaping up to be their weakest effort so far. It's too shallow, I dare say. That was amazing.

OK I heard it... And I didn't like it. It's clear that the guys are trying to get back to the "stripped-down" sound , but this sounds rather lazy and flat to me. Sorry, not trying to hate, just my 2 cents...

This so much. I am sorry to say this guys, but I think that the band might be losing it. And by "it" I mean their identity. I find it hard to believe that the point of this song is not just to be a commercial hit. And before the "they are growing" thing starts - this is not growing. Compare for instance Viva la Vida (the song) to this. Can you? And oh, since Chris was so fascinated with Madness by Muse, it's blatant to see he tried to pull one here.

Problem with LIVE 2012 BluRay disc... Hey guys. I am experiencing a problem with my newly bought Live 2012 BD... I tried playing it on my PS3 and it just won't work... Any chance the disc might be corrupt, has anyone had any bad experiences too? :embarrassed: And anybody who owns a PS3, care to help? It reads the disc but it just won't start it - it says "This video cannot be played" . I got the newest firmware, 4.46 too so it should be working but all to no avail. :( Help me ! EDIT: FIXED! :D

Ha! That's me cutting the grapefruit in the elevator at 2:11 ! :) So happy I made the cut, and that we contributed as well! :) TBH, expected some more creativity, though there are some good cuts and ideas... Our full clip was showing me having dinner in the elevator alone and then inviting my girlfriend to come in and join me. :)
