WHAT IF - How is what If a scientist rip-off? just because it includes a piano? I guess we could say that about 42 as well lol The end is amazing because it just culminates to an amazing eruption....like an orgasm lol FIX YOU - One of the most beautiful peices of harmony I have ever heard. SPEED OF SOUND - once again why is it a rip-off of clocks? because it has a piano riff?

I skip songs on all there other albums...doesnt mean that it makes the albums deserve less merit

I think each album is amazing in its own right....i would not compare them because as musicians they grow and make better music as time goes by.....i think there sound has evolved.....its unfair to say that X&Y was not up to par with other albums....i think they are all amazing

OK so I hate when i hear ppl say X&Y was coldplay's weakest/worst/etc. album. For those here who do believe it was the I would just like to hear some reasons as to why. As for me this was the album that made me fall in love with there music.....so lets clear the air ppls!

Well I know the band has many insecurities which is evident in there interviews, lyrics, music, the way they handle themselves. So as I see it the lyrics are a reflection of them being lost in there minds, music, and themselves.

Well I was into music before them but I really didn't start playing music until I heard them so in that way our story is quite similar lol. I do play a bunch of there songs! Recently a band I sessioned with played "Yellow" so I got to sing and play guitars on it...was a blast!

My favorite song on the album! Absolutely stunning and I enjoyed the arabesque violin arrangements! The chord progression for the rhythm guitars is just fantastic!

I think its less of a mistake and more of an innovation
