I like neither iPods nor iTunes but you don't have to have an iPod to install iTunes on your PC :) It's good for podcasts and stuff you can't get otherwise. That said - I think I open that program about 3 times a year...

Tonight I'll only go to the disco / lounge location. I went to the opening of the festival on Monday night :dance: My boss got 2 tickets for the big "VIP" room, the one where all the speeches are held before the opening movie etc and he gave me the other one!!! There were 2 other rooms in the cinema where there was a live transmission of what happened in the big room for regular festival goers. The worst thing was that we arrived late and the only free places were directly behind the politicians and the director of the opening movie and an actress. So now the newspaper and the net are full of pictures with us sitting behind them :uhoh: I was eating M&Ms - that was a BIIIIG mistake but it only came to me that this wasn't a good idea when the photographers were gone :lol: There's a big film party on Saturday, I got a free ticket :dance: It has a lot of benefits working in a cinema!

Oh I certainly should exercise more, too! :shame: Corum might have it, I'll contact him next :D Yes, I'm really looking forward to go there tonight. The bottle of champagne we'll try to smuggle inside is already in the fridge :drunk: Exactly, I believe it when I hear it from his own mouth, until then I consider it to be made-up by the media. According to this old website there was a takeover in February 2001 that nobody actually heard so far :\ And now we thought that we found it, but it was the wrong file with that date :bigcry: Oh I'm relieved that I didn't miss your birthday then! :) We have a film festival in town at the moment and they decorated a disco into a lounge for the whole week where everybody from actors to directors to the regular cinema-goer can go. I'll go there later tonight and we'll celebrate at midnight :dance: About the solo career: There are these news articles saying that The Killers will take some time off. At the same time it's always added in these articles that it is rumoured that Brandon wants to leave the band to start a solo career. I don't really think there's truth to it but like I said I'm totally out of the loop about them!!

Oh I'm not the only one then :dance: I consider my running-around at work and carrying the bottle boxes as my exercise!!! :lol: But now you started yoga? Cool. The Oracle replies: The pressure to come up with an idea for the Parachutes cover was mounting. At that time the globe was being used at live shows sitting atop Chris's piano and had been a fixture during the recording process. It was almost a whimsical last minute decision in absence of any other idea. As it goes it was the perfect image to fit with the songs contained within.
