  1. I missed this board. I haven't been here in ages. I was posting at the U2 board for a while after their concert. But I left the U2 board when some sexist pig called me a b*tch. Never went back there. Don't listen to U2 anymore. LOL :P
  2. "You" by the Pretty Reckless "You Were Meant for Me" by Jewel "Someone Like You" - Adele
  3. All Time Low - "Don't Panic"
  4. Lady Gaga Nicky Minaj Britney Spears everything by Rihanna except Umbrella & Where U Been I liked Mcfly's version of Umbrella better than the original. LOL
  5. I saw All Time Low twice. I'm gonna see them again next year with Yellow Card. I've seen Muse too. It was one of the best concerts ever. We might see them again next year.
  6. New All Time Low album- Don't Panic
  7. The Suburbs by Arcade Fire
  8. It was a nice change from Lady Gaga. I am so sick of that overexposed b*tch. Gwyneth has a nice voice. Her music is real, unlike that soulless electronic crap Gaga plays.
  9. Adam Clayton thought the same thing about U2: "Sometimes it seems Adam Clayton has always been an outsider, even within the band. But in the world of U2, extremes always meet. In many ways he is the driving force. It was he who, out of "blind faith and undeniable ignorance," said "We are going to be bigger than the Beatles" when they'd only played a couple of gigs and were at their wildest and most disparate. We meet in a rooftop cafe in Nice. He orders a double espresso even though he has recently given up caffeine. That's just who he is. Worried about revealing too much, but anxious I get to the core of him." http://www.atu2.com/news/u2-interview-group-therapy.html There are millions of teenage girls who think Justin Bieber is bigger than the Beatles. Many of them never even heard of the Beatles.
  10. Welcome to the forum. Hope you like it here. This is my favorite place on the whole internet. :)
  11. Are you serious? I don't agree with that. It's just wrong.
  12. I try to. I ususally end up stabbing myself with the pin on my poppy. They should make them magnetic or something.
  13. I just watched their mini-film Scotch Mist. It's great. Funny too.
  14. That's one of my favorite Lennon tunes. Such an underrated song. :)
  15. I'm watching Season 5 on DVD right now. I just finished episode #3.
  16. I used to listen to Powderfinger and Crowded House.
  17. I agreed with this as well. Muse can be very soulless. I don't relate to any of their music on a personal level. I never find myself singing their songs in the shower, or anywhere. Although I think Matt Bellamy is a talented musician, he has a very boring personality. He doesn't have the charisma Chris Martin does. Matt is very generic looking as well. If you saw him on a airplane, then you'd probably mistake him for an average Joe. Unlike Coldplay, Muse has very little heart or soul.
  18. I agreed with most of this. I have 2 Muse albums & I've seen them live. I still don't get what all the fuss is about. They're OK. Bellamy is trying too hard to get his band to sound like Queen. Most of The Resistance was borrowed from A Night at the Opera. I thought the album was very contrived and unorginal. I used to find Bellamy's voice really overwhelming and hard to listen to, but I didn't know how to describe it. Then I read a music critic's review that called him a singer with a "whiny operatic voice." I guess he summed it up best. This is why I can only listen to Muse in small portions. It's basically an acquired taste. That's why they're so cult-like around here. I have always loved everything Coldplay has done and always will. I don't listen to a lot of Radiohead. I have only one of their albums, Pablo Honey. Then again, then they never ever tour in my city. So whatever.
  19. I saw them last week. They were amazing. They played my 2 favorites...Smile Like You Mean It and For Reasons Unknown. Most TK fans are so focused on Brandon but I've fallen in love with Dave Keuning...I guess because I play guitar. I love his solos, his personality & especially his hair. Two girls have started a myspace page about Dave's hair. LOL It would've been the best concert this year...if I weren't going to Coldplay. ;)
  20. We finally discovered why Gavin Rossdale isn't more popular. http://www.postchronicle.com/news/entertainment/tittletattle/article_212225910.shtml No one really cared when this news came out. His career is in the toilet anyway. Oh well.
  21. I think it has more to do with the fact that Bush is dead and Gavin only has 1 solo album. He waited almost a year to start the tour cuz Gwen was having their 2nd kid.
  22. I like Losing My Religion, Frequency Kenneth, Everybody Hurts, One I Love and Ebow Letter.
  23. This my favorite song from his solo album. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skSNHXm-_ok[/ame]
