I never spoke to Nettie (apparently she hadn't posted since '06), but I had heard of her from time to time by someone mentioning her. Regardless, this is a tragedy for this fanbase. Someone who had this much dedication to a band obviously contributed a lot - not only to the band themselves, but to the fan community. For that, Nettie, we thank you. Rest in peace.

The tour tees are about 35 dollars, which is a bit steep but I'd say it's worth it. LRLRL is free obviously. :)

They apparently played "Billie Jean" at the festival concerts, and it wouldn't surprise me to see that continue. Just 11 days! :D

Even though I prefer Politik, I voted AROBTTH because it has the better "dark" feel and is lyrically brilliant.

Year One - 4/10 Big step down after watching The Hangover. It was great seeing several actors that generally make me laugh; too bad that none of them really made me laugh in this particular movie. And what little religious satire it had wasn't very clever. For a supposed "chick comedy", I actually didn't mind that one.

Noel Gallagher deserves his own topic for every remark he makes. He's just that much of a character. :laugh3: And unlike with Liam, I can feel the tongue-in-cheek wit seeping through in this particular insult. Noel totally respects Chris if past remarks are any indication. If the Gallagher brothers are a two-headed demon, then Noel is the less evil head who doesn't truly mean everything he says. ;) That said, I believe he was spot-on about Live 8.

The Hangover: 9/10 Best comedy I've seen all year. The humor is a bit crude, but it's not stupid. The ending has fantastic and the characters are wonderful. The big twist was a little lame, but everything else was a riot.
