Well.. I was a couch potato :P except that I lived at night, slept during daytime and used the sunrise moment to go out for a run 5 days a week. Got to learn piano by myself, photoshop, read books..

Well, I don't know if it was good for me. But I guess it was good to get me mentally prepared for that "college" change. I'd say don't take a break longer than 6 months, it fucks your brain.
