At least playing the drums would seriously suck without gravity (being not able to "drop" the sticks on the drums). Other than that and some other inconveniences there wouldn't be much difference. It can't, but NASA actually has this plane that can take steep enough dives for people inside to feel zero gravity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vomit_Comet Apparently there are other such planes as well.
