  1. Well, there's the Coldplaying Awards, and then there's the WoM Awards, which is where you won your title. I had started that stuff in December, but due to conflicts and other things that got in the way, I didn't wrap that up until February. I still feel kinda bad about that, honestly. :shame: Anyway, yeah, bubbleymonki (Sorry, don't know your name), we have awards here, and we do a bunch of other random things. The mixtape exchanges are my personal favorite thing to do. We're just wrapping up our 9th one. :nice: Back to the game now... 1. "Apocalypse Please"-Muse 2. "Oliver Twist"-Avey Tare 3. "Between Sheets"-Imogen Heap 4. "Hún Jörð..."-Sigur Rós 5. "The Hardest Part"-Coldplay 6. "Your Lips Are Red"-St. Vincent 7. "Makes Me Wonder"-Maroon 5 8. "My Love"-The Bird and the Bee 9. "Christmas Song"-Cocoon 10. "Lissie's Heart Murmur"-Warpaint
  2. OH YEAH. I remember that. That layout was atrocious.
  3. ^^ That's not necessarily true. We end up talking about a lot of non-Muse related things, too. Like Natt said, we can't really talk too much about them, as they're in between albums.

This reminded me of some comments that I read on YouTube as I was waiting for "Moving to Mars" to load on my computer yesterday. This mother was pleading with people to not use swear words because her 14-year-old son is being exposed to them. I was like, "Well, if you really don't want your son to see these things, maybe you should put some parental controls on your computer or something. :|" But yeah, Mike's right. It's a person's duty as a parent to determine what's approriate and not appropriate for their children. This isn't about just music, either. This goes for pretty much everything in life.
  5. :curtain: So, after using the Brothers and Sisters layout on the forum, I switched back to the one it was originally on, and everything looks so weird to me. :freak: /random conversation.
  6. I actually don't like "Major Minus" as much as "Moving to Mars."
  7. I'm bumping this thread to let everyone know that Michael and I aren't dating anymore. It just didn't work out. I don't want to talk about it, I don't want to say why, and I don't want everyone telling me how sorry they are, because that will only make me sadder about the entire thing. Despite the fact that this went on for only two weeks, we both had affection for each other, and naturally, I'm really upset about it. While I'm still upset about things, and while we're taking a break from talking to each other at the moment (for my sake, really), we aren't holding anything against each other, and we still hope to have a strong friendship.
  8. The other songs >>>>> ETIAW. Trust me on this one, Briggs.
  9. I'm a huge fan of "1984." I don't get the comparison, honestly. ... Oooookay then. :anxious:
  10. Yes, it's my 6th.
  11. I LOL'd.
  12. Thank you.
  13. He has his daddy's eyes. <3
  14. "Moving to Mars" = victory. I didn't like the beginning at first, but it's grown on me. I like it more when it gets to the part when the piano is stronger ("And I heard it on the radio..."); it somehow reminds me a little of "42." I couldn't keep myself from smiling around the 2 minute mark when the drums came in full swing. This song makes me happy. Thank you, Coldplay.
  15. I read about this earlier this afternoon. I liked "Columbo" a lot back when I watched it some time ago. This makes me sad. Rest in peace, Columbo. v_v
