Hurts
After-party = excellent idea. Everyone should bring something. :cheesy: As far as I know, no. Christina has a copy, but she had to order it online, I think.

Ask the Oracle on Coldplay.com (Now in session!)
This post has inspired me to explain this to people. OK. A B-side is a track that doesn't appear on the standard edition of the album (meaning it's not a special/extended/limited edition or something). B-sides generally appear on special/extended/limited editions and/or as an addition to a single. If "Major Minus" were to appear on the standard album version of LP5, it can't be considered a B-side because it's not a special track. Now, if it were to appear on a special edition as a bonus track, that would be different. You can't say for sure whether or not "Major Minus" is a B-side until LP5 comes out. If it were to be on the album, the ETIAW single would then be considered a double A-side because it has two standard album tracks.

Hurts
I'm not sure. -googles- Wiki says: "Hurts will appear at the Isle of Wight Festival, Glastonbury Festival, T in the Park, Rock am Ring/Rock im Park, Latitude Festival, V Festival, M'era Luna, Pinkpop Festival and Elevation Festival in the summer 2011." The Elevation Festival is in Bulgaria. EFFIN' BULGARIA. They'll go there, but they won't come see us in the States. :disappointed: EDIT: OK, I lied. They apparently were at Coachella. BUT STILL.

What have you learned today?
 I'm so sorry.

for the sake of the groupie ?
OK, look. You are still pretty much a n00b here. (Not meaning that in a negative way, but yeah, it's true.) I don't think you understand the struggles that we as members have been going through to try to understand Lory and to get her to understand us. It gets really tiring reading threads she makes that are about the same thing and don't make much sense to any of us. We have tried time and time again to help her, but it doesn't happen. All she does is ignore us and go on some other tangent about her life is depressing or something like that. As we are on the Internet, there's only so much we can do. It's not our fault that the vast majority of Lory's posts make us go, "WTF?" When we try to understand, she confuses us even more. I'm not saying this to be mean to her, because really, I'm not a mean person at all. I'm just speaking the truth.

What is pleasure?
I don't see how posting an emo thread is funny, but OK.

Hurts
...Yeah, we shouldn't be forced to wait that long. OK, here's the plan: Once I find the boys, I'll bring them back to my house. Then, once everyone in this thread agrees on a location, I'll take them there, and we can have an exclusive CPing Hurts concert. OK? OK. I didn't know they came here at all, honestly. I just assumed they didn't want to come here. :bigcry: I remember becoming similarly frustrated when I first learned that Jónsi's North American tour (if you can call it that) consisted of like 6 shows, and every single one of them were in the New England area and Canada. WHYYYYY? :bigcry:

Hurts
If Hurts don't come here on their own, I will personally hunt them down and make them perform for us. Of course, that's not all I plan on doing once I find them... :sneaky:

Givers (if you like dirty projectors, vampire weekend, local natives)
MOAR HORNZ & KEYBOARDZ PLZ. /biased. Joking aside, I rather like what I've heard, so I'm going to look into their album. I am really reminded of Vampire Weekend more than anything when I listen to them. Givers have a folkier twist than VW do, though. I like that they're from Louisiana. It's the state right next to mine. :awesome:

You know that thing where people split up but agree to "stay friends"?
I don't mean to counter that, but I'm pretty sure the numbers are lower than that. WUT. D: D: D:

The 9th Mixtape Exchange
Ahhh, I've been wondering whether I should listen to that King Creosote collab with Jon Hopkins. I suppose I should now. (BTW, I don't think I ever mentioned this, but I'd like to thank you for getting me into Jon Hopkins in the first place. I looked into him more after I reviewed your tape for MTE 5 (I wasn't the original recipient for that one, either), and I think he's great. :D) Interesting. I haven't really taken a solid listen to múm, although I've heard of them and know of their existence. Perhaps I'll take a look into that. Actually, I'll take a look into several of these things. Especially Wye Oak. Geez. :dead: Thank yooooou. :D
