  1. What, you saw them? JEALOUS.
  2. I've never used a real tree.
  3. White with stripes of pink, brown, and various shades of blue.
  4. I find it funny how you think avoiding me is the correct way to handle the situation. Way to make yourself look even more like a bad person in my eyes.
  5. This week, life has been very good to me. I'm quite happy with life right now. :nice:
  6. Well, sometimes, you have times when you're listening to a song and really like it, then find out that it's someone that you wouldn't typically listen to or someone that you dislike. It's kinda like that. If it weren't for the anonymity, I would've never bothered listening to Arcade Fire on my mixtape for MTE 5, and I would've never given them a second chance and fallen in love with them.
  7. Ivet, I love your sig. :wacky:
  8. Well, yeah, I do, too. I mean, I would much prefer the second setlist myself (mostly because it has B&H, which is my favorite song EVARRRRR). They weren't very smart. OOOH. Good question. Actually, I embarrassed myself this afternoon. I was with a friend of mine helping him with class piano, and another friend of mine (who I'm pretty much in love with, by the way) showed up and came around the piano. I was sitting in this tall chair, and I said to him, "Hey, look, I'm almost as tall as you are now." (This guy is like, 6'5".) He said, "Ehhh, not really." I start standing up a bit and adjusting to try to make myself even with him. He tells me to stand up all the way, so I do, but in the process I almost fall completely forward on my face, and the only reason I didn't is because I grabbed onto his shoulders and was like, "OMG PAUL DON'T MOVE DON'T MOVE." He said that would've been tragic for me to have not been caught, and I agreed. I let go of him, was OK for a second, then almost fell over AGAIN, and I was terrified. I had to grab onto him again and use his body to help me get off the stupid chair. Yeah. It was pretty bad. Mostly because it involved him. :embarrassed: No, I didn't, and I regret doing so. :disappointed: I've never used one, but I guess for instruments like yours, they might serve some good purpose. I don't really know. Not yet. I stay at home and have a quiet celebration with my family, which consists of my parents, my two younger brothers, and me. We have sandwiches with cold cuts (e.g. deli-style meats and cheeses and all that other good stuff) and chips and dip on Christmas Eve. We open presents afterwards, and on Christmas Day, we have a huge Thanksgiving-style lunch that includes fried turkey, among other things. Also, even after all this time, my brothers and I still get stocking stuffers on Christmas Day, which is so awesome. :nice:
  9. Wow, Maroon 5 gets so much bad rep here. :disappointed: On topic, that Coldplay single cover for "Christmas Lights" is tacky.
  10. Great job, Mike, on the banner! It looks great.
  11. Yeah, I love this band. :D Is there any news about when their next album will be out?
  12. :cheesy: AWWWWWWW, that duck family is just too cute.
  13. Hairy Sufjan is hairy. :wink3:
  14. I don't think it's justified at all. People are fortunate enough to have even seen Muse live at all. As a person who has yet to accomplish this goal, I would be thankful for any setlist I could get. I would be too happy to see my favorite band on stage to care about what they played. As for your question about the fish tank, all you can do sometimes is be persistent. I have a cranky father, too, so I understand your position.
  15. ... Man, I was actually expecting something legit. I should've known better. :disappointed:
  16. ...Wait, what exactly are you asking me about the two setlists? I'm kinda confused.
  17. Whaaaaa? WHERE?
  18. Bump, because it's not fair that Briggins' and Ivet's threads are still on the first page while mine sits there alone and rejected on the third page.
  19. I stalked my partner, and I think I'm really going to be able to make this work. I have a set of ideas in place already, and I think I'm going to start putting it together tonight when I get home.
  20. So. Lance is a Cardinal now. :blank: :bigcry:
  21. If all the nations in the world are in debt, where did all the money go?
  22. ^^ NOOOOO. :bigcry: ^ Awwwww. :disappointed:
  23. Simon, it's like I said earlier. If you guys are like, musical soulmates, then they'll probably recognize that as they listen, and they'll appreciate a nice compilation of stuff that you both happen to like. It'll be fine. :nice:
  24. If that were to be true, I'd sit here hoping you were my mixtape partner. Seriously.
