Listened to Little Comets for the first time today and I already love it! Also started listened to Kaputt by Destroyer, only a few songs in but already really like it, too.

Hehe, so I have to post this here. The hand second from the right and the hand second from the left are both mine. Oh yeah :awesome: Pity he's covering his face.

Oh wow, they were AMAZING live. Really, really good! During 'Rome' Tom came down off the stage and came towards my friend and I (we naturally started going crazy) and stood on the little platform on the barrier RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I literally nearly got squashed by him as he leaned over the crowd, and I got to hug his waist for a few seconds XD Then he kept looking at us during the show, I swear he looked into my eyes at least three times as he was singing! And then he did the whole "high-five the whole front row" thing at the end so we got to do that too :dazzled: All in all, they were just amazing. The energy in the crowd was great, and they performed flawlessly. It was the second-last night of the tour and they said they were heading back home to start recording the next album :awesome:

Well that brought my day down a little. But I don't really care right now, Good Vibes was SO much fun! Friendly Fires were phenomenal (I've never seen dancing quite like that) and Phoenix were MINDBLOWING. Plus I actually got to hug the lead singer. It was awesome :awesome:

I'm still in love with Lotus Flower, and I also think Give Up The Ghost and Separator are amazing :awesome:

Cryptic :P I hope you're right though! Still on my first listen, everyone who's saying the second half is stronger I agree with. I have to listen to it a few more times though, I had Lotus Flower on repeat last night and now I'm completely in love with the song so hopefully the same is going to happen with the rest!

I got mine done when I was 13, for a birthday present. The piercing barely hurt at all, but don't let it get infected afterwards, because that DOES hurt :sick:

Ipod on the go or in the car. Ipod, computer or radio in my room. I can't listen to music through headphones when I'm studying, though :confused:

Don't get me wrong, I love the Wombats, but overseas trip > Wombats sideshow I may or may not be seeing them, I'll have to see how the monetary situation is next tuesday. Hmm that's a shame, how many have they cancelled this year? Apart from Homebake. I think I like the vibe at small festivals better. Any predictions on what could be cut?

Haha, so they must be really low on numbers in Brisbane because not only are they offering half price tickets now, but they've sent out an email saying that every existing ticket holder can bring another person for FREE. Which is a little unfortunate for us ticket-holders, but great for our friends :P Anyone hitting up Wombats sideshows?
