Lookie what arrived today! The envelope showed a few signs of wear and tear but I think it's been sitting in storage for a while (stupid floods). Anyway, I got the lovely surprise today after work of an envelope from the US, with a beautiful postcard (with a lovely message on the back) and bracelet inside! Thank you SO MUCH, Maya! It really made my day, well worth the wait! :D

Not that I'm aware of. But probably, if they're touring again.

Oh I'm not really a fan either, I've just heard that they're really good live. If anyone better is on at the same time I'll ditch that plan :P

Lol what is it with people pulling out of Good Vibes? Not that I really care because I don't think I know any of her (^) stuff. I'm mainly going for Phoenix and Friendly Fires. The Ting Tings might be cool to see too, though I don't know any of their work outside the singles everyone knows. Also might be fun to see Bag Raiders and Yolanda Be Cool :P Tim and Jean are good too.. Laneway's filling up all the festival-related thoughts in my head at the moment though! And I'd like to go to a few of the flood benefit gigs they're holding in the next few weeks.

Oh we're fine, I'm out of Brissy at the moment visiting family and although the town closest to us is a declared disaster area (:sad:) our property suffered minimal damage. The real work starts when I go back to Brisbane. Thanks for the concern, though :hug: And things are already looking much better, all over the state! I like the cartoons and the storyline, the whole concept just intrigues me. Brisbane timetable is similar as well. Biggest decision between The Holidays or Local Natives. Logic says Local Natives because they're foreign, but I'm really keen to see The Holidays too! Anyway, my day will go something like this: Inland Sea Stornoway Local Natives/The Holidays Beach House (possibly Antlers) Two Door Cinema Club Yeasayer Foals Cut Copy Which is actually just me staying at the main stage the whole day unless I go see The Holidays :P Sad to be missing out on: Local Natives/Holidays Antlers Warpaint (:() Hungry Kids of Hungary Cloud Control (Though I've seen them twice) Deerhunter Holy Fuck Still, gonna be awesome.
