I used to read Real Groove a lot. It was one of the best magazines I'd ever read. But sadly it does not exist anymore :( They had a good mix of mainstream and small indie acts.

I'd never liked Beck until Braddock (I think) put one of his songs on my mix.

It just doesn't appeal to me. It's all a little too commercialised/major/whatever for my liking (indie hipster omg). They also seem to be one of those magazines with very boring reviews in them. Giving everything 3 stars...

The Mint Chicks show suuucked for me. I was having an incredible time for the first half of the show, jumping up and down in the front row, members of the opening band behind me, lead singer of the mint chicks coming into the crowd and singing RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME :bomb: but then some bitch pulled my hair! security took me out and were all "apparently you pushed this girl" WHAT THE FUCK. I was getting pushed around so much, and this bitch complains and I lose my spot in the front row? fuck fuck fuck
