She has always been popular, but ever since her cancer, she has gotten SO many fans....I guess because people find her an "inspiration". It's just that every interview I've seen with her she is always SO nice and never has a bad word to say about anyone, and I guess that's why I find her annoying...she just seems a bit fake to me :/
