viva-la-coldplay

If this very, very hot picture of the gorgeous Guy uploads (and it probably won't because for some reason I can't get to grips with the photo-uploader thing :laugh3:) just have a look at his face and see what conclusion you come to... me and my not-so-innocent friend had a thought... :wink3: :sweatdrop: Just see what you think and possibly post to tell me :lol:

This would be absolutely epic, and a very good reason to make my mum let me go to any future concerts I want to go to (i.e. all of them :laugh3:) But just makes me more glad I managed to experience the butterfly rain and get some of them as mementos of the most INCREDIBLE (literally :D) night of my life... Going to make a collage with some of them, I think... either that or make some more of my own as just general ones and keep the real ones under lock and key :lol:!!! But I'd totally sign a petition for 'Bring Back The Butterflies'!!! :P

Very, VERY sorry to bring this all back up again :laugh3: (just me and my not-so-innocent mind :sneaky:!) but completely agree with what Analoeskah said about his performance :wink3: and Annelovescoldplay and In a telescope lens, this is the story of my life - I really saw their music in a different light after realising this :lol: Also, in Daylight is he completely high or something :drunkjoe: ?! But, oh, his VOICE is INCREDIBLE in it :sweatdrop::bomb: Haha I'll leave this thread now before I cause myself damage :laugh3:

This isn't really about his gorgeousness (although that too is completely undeniable :laugh3:) but has anyone else noticed how when he sings live, when he adds in the little 'ohs' and 'ahs' etc, it's REALLY, REALLY sexy? :wink3: :lol: Or is that just me imagining things?! Like in the LRLRL version of Clocks, at about 2:17-2:30 his voice goes all throaty and then he does some really sexy, echo-ey oh's?! Please tell me that's not just me :laugh3:

I know this is kind of irrelevant and just a little bit random, but I recently noticed Guy is a lot shorter than Chris, Will and Jonny... Or is it just in the pictures? Took me a while to notice but hey :laugh3:

^ Wow, I never heard that :cry: I'll have to get it on iPlayer or something!!! My day was quite good re. Coldplay *We were talking about nitrogen fixation (:confused:!!!) in biology, and I couldn't stop thinking of Fix You! *I decided to do my english talk on Guy Berryman, for obvious reasons - would'v done it on Coldplay, but it has to be an informative talk and I would have put in far too many thoughts and feelings - this could actually be a problem with Guy, come to think of it... :laugh3: *In the school canteen they started playing Viva la Vida, and my friend jumped when I squealed 'OOOOOHHHH, it's VIVA LA VIDA!!!' :lol: *In history, I saw the word champion and thought of Will :D *In maths I realised that I sit behind a guy called Chris :laugh3: *And, FINALLY, in music I was learning how to play Postcards From Far Away! So my day really was rather Coldplay-fixated (Fix You!) never realised quite how much til now :lol: My days aren't usually that good :laugh3:

Fortunately my mum knows about my Coldplay obsession, but not so much the Guy side of things... :laugh3: Whereas my friends just think I'm Coldplay-obsessed and possibly stalking Guy :lol: But I don't mind - it means I can speak about him to them at least :D

Yeah.. thanks for the useful info! I don't even eat that much meat, like I don't eat red meat at all - I eat chicken and fish and that's about it... I was thinking of maybe being a semi-vegetarian, like still eating fish and/or chicken occasionally but being vegetarian the rest of the time. I'm not too sure yet though, I still have to think it through properly. I just feel so bad everytime I read all the stories about force-feeding, inhumane conditions etc but I try my best to get all organic, free-range stuff. Lol this is really the wrong place for this post but oh well :laugh3:

No wonder, I always find it hard to believe when anyone says anything bad about Coldplay because there is nothing bad about them :D Of course I could be a little biased...! But at least this guy seems to realise that there is nothing much more to life than Coldplay, and that listening to their music should be compulsory... :lol:

I said 'Do I LOOK like I care!!!' :lol: I think hyperventilating though is a cheap price to pay in return for Guy's gorgeousness!

awesome cake, analoeskah!!! today i was thinking about maybe becoming a vegetarian - that sounds weird on a random coldplay thoughts thread, but i see vegetarianism in a different way thanks to chris, for some weird reason. not decided yet though... anyone a vegetarian here that could tell me a bit more about it? lol a bit irrelevant on a coldplay thread though :laugh3:

Guy Berryman works insanely hard... full time Coldplay, Apparatjik and now this. Also photographer, album cover artist-person-thing... is there no end to his many talents?! Obviously not :laugh3:

sorry, but i personally LOVE what the boys wear - it looks hot :laugh3: and also, their clothes show personality and creativity and probably more awesomeness than he could ever wish for :angry:

^ this, and the fact that Guy looks hot in EVERY picture :laugh3: I had a sore head today and I thought 'Coldplay will make me feel better' and it did :D and a guy said wedding bells on tv and i thought about the song wedding bells AND a tippex mark on my jotter today looked like a butterfly... this led to much doodling of butterflies :D

IMO, the boys were right to say no to Glee - nothing against it, but to be honest, it's not the kind of look they would probably want. I wouldn't ever assume that they're 'pretentious rock stars' just because they didn't let a TV show get the rights to do a cover of one of their songs and also, Coldplay doesn't go too well amid the likes of Lady Gaga, other (dreadful :lol:) pop artists. They're in a league of their own and if they want to keep their music as special as it currently is, then that's up to them... Wow, mini-rant over :laugh3:

Some more thoughts: * Weird one, but the fact they don't swear in their songs makes it suitable for all ages :P *Their lyrics are so incredibly moving, whether the slower, ballad-types ones or the really happy, up-tempo ones. *As people have said, the interactive factor - Exhibition Room, Oracle etc *Handing out LRLRL free - not many bands would be kind enough to do a non-profit thing like that *Their songs can relate to every aspect of your life and they take you on an incredible emotional journey - sorry if someone's said this already. *These reasons and all of the above!!! Hope you get a good grade for it (echoing other people now, aorry :lol:)

My friend said something about brothers to me, and I said 'And Sisters!' so she got all confused and said she didn't have a sister and I just told her that's not what I meant :laugh3: Also a guy I saw in the street had a beanie hat on EXACTLY like Chris's :o!!! I wanted to go up and ask him where he got it but then got too embarrassed :lol:
