Just really eager, my summer has hit a bit of a lull after doing most of the things planned for it and waiting for the next event. So want the mixtape to keep me occupied :)

Just wondering about people receiving mix tapes and it's probably a question for Wyrd. When you start sending them out on the 29th, does that mean you're starting as of midnight tonight or at some point during the day tomorrow?

Have to say, Open'er was by far the best festival I've ever been to. I highly recommend going, it was such an amazing time. The volunteers, security and medical people are all incredible nice and helpful. The atmosphere is fantastic, so much to see as well as the music. Seriously, if you're thinking of going next year, go! You won't regret it!

I'm now back from Poland after an amazing time, seriously, Polish people are the nicest people I've ever come across and I highly recommend the Open'er festival to anyone, absolutely incredible! Anyway, to my mixtape maker, I'm a fan of everything except I'm extremely limited towards rap/hip-hop/R&B. Other than that, willing to give anything else a try. Make it as personal as possible, I want you to make me feel what it is that brings you joy, sadness, love, I want to hear the music that makes you, you. I look forward to hearing it! To the person I'm making a mixtape for, you're in for a treat, head is booming with ideas and could end up with several mixtapes to choose on. Look forward to what you think of it!

Like I said, there's a chance I could be a day or two late getting a review in but I'll have a tape ready for whoever I'll be making one for. Looking forward to it now :D

Violet hosted in the past, can't remember which one she hosted though. I'd be interested in hosting but if it's before the 10th July then I'm going to be in Poland and can't do it. Although I would make a mix tape in advance to have sent. My mix tape maker would just have to be aware that I'd be a little late with a review, which hasn't happened before when I've participated

Yeah, I did yesterday and they couldn't figure it out either. In the end I had to back everything up and have my hard drive wiped. That did the trick but I'm annoyed that that's what had to be done :/

I agree with Violet and think we should wait till at least mid-July if the last one was only finished with a few weeks or a month back. I'm away from my laptop from the 29th June till the 10th July but I'd be up for hosting unless someone else wants it more? If signing up happens during those dates can someone throw my name down for me? :)

I updated my iTunes to 11.0.4 Wednesday night and haven't used it before it's update until today. When I went to open it this has kept popping up. I've deleted iTunes completely off my Mac and reinstalled it and still have this problem. Please tell me someone can help me!

I'm going to Open'er this year, really looking forward to it with Kings Of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Blur and Queens Of The Stone Age headlining. Has anyone been before? Would love to know what it's like and what Gdynia's like too. :)

Ah that's ok, like I said I'm glad you got the tape and that you got the theme of it so well cos I did feel a bit awkward making a tape that's a bit personal. But I got over that and turns out it worked well :)
