What have you learned today?
Sadly that does happen quite often. But I seriously doubt they would say "oh I want to go back there now that I'm a fugitive derp de derp derp derp." So once again... why is such a question even ON the form? mmmph Although I suppose maybe if a person answers "no" but they really are, the government could bring other charges against them (false statements to the government) in addition to any charges directly related to the crime.

Ask the Oracle on Coldplay.com (Now in session!)
... or about why she didn't answer any questions on the weekend? :srs:

What have you learned today?
^ Actually it was the flower seeds. I could have just lied and said, "no I don't have anything organic", but of course I felt the need to be honest. They didn't care that it was a gift. :disappointed:

What have you learned today?
I can't believe they seriously asked that. As if anyone who is would actually say, "why yes, of course I am!" Wow, our gubmint can be so silly sometimes. (Okay, a lot of the time.) And I actually got pulled aside in customs when I returned home in July. :| Because you know, I look SO evil.

Other sites are starting to pre-order now CD only: http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=8461797 Vinyl: http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=8461567 I'm a little confused by how inexpensive the vinyl product is. It even says there are 3 shipping items (I'm assuming they mean the two 10" vinyls and the CD); yet it's only sllightly more than just the CD. Also there's a product listing for an import from Japan, and it's about 3 times the price. Not sure what that's all about.

There's a town near me called Hell. Lots of people go there to mail their Christmas cards from the post office each year (so the origin stamp on the envelope says Hell).

What it means to be a libertarian
Ideally, yes. But obviously something like that couldn't happen all at once, that would probably cause a little bit of chaos. Baby steps. Slow and steady wins the race. Et cetera, et cetera.

The Oracle confirms that new material won't be heard at the Festivals...
You do realize that it hasn't even been a year since the Viva tour ended, right?

U2
Here you go, it is in the World of Music section. http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1491 Would you mind if I move your thread to World of Music section? You would probably get more of a response there anyway.

Think prices are high now?
True... just my State is about the same size as England. I don't buy diesel (just regular mid-grade gasoline), but still, that price discrepancy seems extreme. Diesel over here is about $3.70 per gallon, and if I was doing the math right, based on David's post (of 140.9 pence per liter) it would be more like $8.70 over there. That's insane. I spend about $50 a week on gas... I think that's about £30. Not sure how much people on average pay per week over there, because I'm not sure what the "typical" daily commute is. *asks*
