They just added Mexico City on April 17 under the Tour Dates, although they haven't yet announced it on DAS (as of the time of this post). I can't imagine they'd travel across the world for only one concert, so there will probably be more posted very soon. Coachella weekend 1 is right before the Mexico City concert, and weekend 2 is right after. So you're probably right.

Maybe so, but I think it was the WAY that the protestors were peppersprayed that is just &*@#$&*&*(@*&$#(*&^!!. Typically that method is reserved for people who are directly attacking the police; otherwise, SOP is that pepper spray should be sprayed in their general area to disperse them (not directly in their face).

Technically this made me happy last night, but... finding out that it wasn't any important parts that were causing the burning smell underneath the hood of my car, it was just a plastic bag that somehow got caught underneath and was melting. Yay for not having to pay some crazy expensive repairs!

I haven't really kept up with it, but I imagine the reasoning is something like it is infringing on citizens' right not to have health care (because at some point it will force them to pay into national coverage). Or something.

I'm guessing the second leg of the US tour will be in the fall. They probably wouldn't go "backward" announcing tour dates, would they? I can't envision them announcing (Eurpean) dates in June and July and then later on saying "oh yeah we're going to do more US dates in April and May too."
