Actually, just so you guys know, I'm out of the country 7th-17th of the next month. I still wanna do it, so I'll get my tape ready for before then and review after, unless we do it very very soon. Given this fact I'd be better not organising in case things slowed down in the preparation.

Quite possibly. I do prefer the first. I think the second album still had some good song writing though, which is why I was still very much interested in their work. I have zero expectation for their future work, which gives them plenty of room to spring a surprise on me. I don't think they will though. I certainly don't think they'll be able to muster more than two good songs an album from now on.

Much of the same of the album for me. First two albums were cracking because of the wonderful layers and beautiful sound, combined with some actual song-writing. Now it's all basic stuff, hardly inventive or imaginative, and the vocals are starting to sound weary and uninspiring without the right backdrop. They are going to have to find that something again or the kids can have them.

Choice D isn't mine... That's a lie.

They are supposed to be haha. It gives an extra dimension to lists that have similar songs on.

I might as well add Tupac to that list too.

Generally I don't mention the fact I'm English or British at all in life. For some reason though, as soon as an American achieves something, they always seem to think it's because they are American, or at least push the fact they are American. To me it's like a religious person who thanks God for making him the fastest runner etc. Take some fucking credit for yourself once in a while. If every country did this then it'd be understandable, but most people aren't from what I can tell. Obviously it's not everyone, but that's all people ever see outside of America. USA USA USA!

Fair point, but I don't think it harmed the image of The Libertines in him not keeping it under wraps, as they were very much about free spirit and debauchery. His art was rather honest and was intriguing because of who he was and the stories he told.
