whoa, yesterday my friend visited me and i was like "man, listen to this song and tell me what you think" so i played reptilia and he was like "whoa, thats intense." So he got his guitar and after 15 minutes he learned how to play the entire song. Even nick's solo. So i picked up my bass and we started to play it. so i was like "oh man, this is good. wait a sec" so i called my other friends (a guitarist and a drummer) who dont like the strokes at all, and told em that we were going to practice and we all went to the drummers house. There my friend played the reptilia's solo and convinced em that reptilia is good, so we all played it. oh man, so good. And after that we were really inspired, so we wrote a new song, which sounds REALLY good. like, the bass solo is just insane. and the guitar riff is totally intense. ah. meh, i just wish they wanted to take this band thing seriously.

you know, I'm not a huge fan of the 12.51 video. I'd rather see a thread about the reptilia video. now THAT is a great video.

:o whoa, thats one of my fav muse songs all the showbiz songs are just perfect. if i had to name a bad muse song, i'd probably pick one from OOS.

well, it sounds okay when i play em. but you could just pay those notes on a different string. like, instead of playing 7 and 9 on the g srting, play 5 and 7 on the a string. but i think it sounds more intense when you play it on the g string. and whoa, congrats man, i'll start working on is this it after i finish the bends. man, its taking me years to figure out how to play those radiohead lines.

oh, sorry, i didnt read your post where you said that you bought the album yesterday. :embarrased: cos i started to skip the posts after i saw that so many members here dont like Franz F. But yea, i guess it takes some time to get used to some of their songs. But its easy to like darts of pleasure (because that german part in the end is just so awesome.) and matinee, cos the chorus is really catchy. Ah, no problem :) You like take me out, right? So probably you'll like most of the songs there.

yea, i gotta admit i dont listen to them as much as i used to. Now I'm trying to get into Jet and listening to Franz Ferdinand and Interpol like crazy. But i still listen to the bends and kid a when I'm bored.
