I have not listened to Elbow :uhoh:, but I like Angles :), not all of it though, Julian's voice still annoys me sometimes, but the guitars, bass and drums are so good I can let it pass and it doesn't bother me so much anymore :p

I'm sorry to come here in the middle of a conversation, but isn't being sarcastic about Justin Beiber and his fans against the point Coldplay fans are trying to make? I mean, I'm not a fan of the kid, but as you very well put it, his music is aimed at a younger audience and that's probably why it's not appealing to us, but his fans must love him in the way we appreciate Coldplay. I think that attitude does not help in standing against the people who say bad things about Coldplay cause they don't like them or who come here and bother us for liking Coldplay.

I don't like haters in general, I'm of the ones who think that if you don't like something there's no point in spamming their videos on youtube, web pages, forums and stuff, it's kinda annoying. Regarding people who don't like Coldplay, I accept they don't like them, we don't have to like the same kind of music. I don't expect everyone to like Coldplay, if you don't like them fine, just don't bother me for liking them :P
