  1. Hahahaha awwwwww I remember "Mnemonics and Murals." I miss it :dazzled:
  2. I love Dog Days are Over.
  3. Does anyone have a DL link for that Noah and the Whale version? I like it a lot. Weird.
  4. Me neither. My friends laugh at me for liking Coldplay. Clearly they don't get it.
  5. ^ I agree that the B-sides for X&Y are awesome. Gravity is one of my favorite songs ever.
  6. Yup. Kiame might be the best person on the face of the Earth and maybe in the whole universe. Tied with Glork-B-Jork from the Andromeda galaxy for that one
  7. ^ X&Y has some really really really nice songs on it. But The Hardest Part ruined it.
  8. Uhhhhhhh I think it was. That or Rabbit Heart I was too drunk to recall.
  9. I don't like the booklet really. Why is half of it upside-down? That's stupid.
  10. ^All of those songs shake me cream myself. Live or studio.
  11. Viva pwns Charlie Brown. No question.
  12. Lungs was pretty much all I listened to from October 2010 until May 2011. I even drunkenly sang it at karaoke.
  13. Why does every new thread have to be in all caps, anyway?
  14. This is why you should stop. We get the point.
  15. For those who have listened to the leak: What do you think? I decided not to listen. Is it as good as Lungs? I can't wait. I really admire Florence for putting out a record while their last one is still on the charts. A lot of indie bands get swept under the carpet because they take too long to put out another record. Well I guess Florence isn't really "indie" anymore since FATM is so well-known now. I would like to make a baby with her FYI.
  16. I wish this thread was "least-favorite Coldplay album to date." Parachutes. But it's still good.
  17. ^So it would be "fine" if he broke into your house, snuck in your room and stole a poster on your wall?
  18. ^ We don't "blindly worship" stuff that Coldplay does. Some people like the album, and that's fine. It's not like Coldplay is the only thing I ever listen to (I'm looking forward to Florence next week almost as much as I was looking forward to Coldplay). 2011 is a great year for music. It's just that some of us like the new album. It's not a crime. By you saying we're "blindly worshipping" them implies that it's an overarching fact that the album sucks when clearly professional reviews (although I don't like citing them) and fans alike have varying opinions and we're cognitively capable to formulate an opinion based on what we like and what we don't like. Pitchfork's positive review is evidence of this (and yes, Pitchfork is better at reviewing stuff than you). I say that we are more critical because you guys come on here and say "the album sucks...3/10" without saying anything else and clearly (as you say so in the post above) you're just trying to annoy people. I don't really care (come on and say whatever you want...just like I'm allowed to go on the Florence thread or the Muse thread and say whatever I want) but you're being incredibly naive if you don't expect a backlash coming your way. On a Coldplay fan site.
  19. Viva. No contest.
  20. I'm coming after the next person to start a thread like this.
  21. That's redundant though. Why do you need two "ce"'s?
  22. ^Uhhh no that was mine. She translated for me. Don't take credit for my jokes just because they're not in english.
  23. Technically, that's the way it's supposed to be. Which is bullshit.
  24. Viva la Vida had a much stronger single, too.
