  1. Anyone know how Jay-Z and Kanye West avoided their Watch the Throne album from leaking? And also, the latest RHCP album didn't leak technically as it was streamed online before it emerged on torrents and the likes. Maybe MX won't leak?
  2. Not exactly, we haven't heard Hurts Like Heaven, Charlie Brown, Us Against the World (which I don't care for tbh) or Princess of China in their studio forms, so your point doesn't stand
  3. Venice Queen is actually one of their best ever tracks IMHO
  4. So do we have all the festival songs then? And am I the only one who doesn't care that Moving to Mars hasn't made it? I'm more glad that Major Minus made it to be hoenst.
  5. I must admit I'm not a fan of some song titles and that Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall looks weird just stuck in the middle there, but I'm sure it'll all sound fine when we hear the album. There will no doubt be a lot (6, maybe 7) singles from this depending on how long they're touring for. And like I said, I'm expecting the album to be lengthy. 55-70 minutes I think. Which could be a problem, I mean their longest album so far is X&Y and I am not a fan of that album at all, it just can't hold its own weight in my opinion.
  6. I'm expecting this album to be 60 minutes or so in all honesty
  7. It's apparently Roman numeral for 2009. I just wanna know if it has any relevance to the album or song. Damn you for posting this btw
  8. When someone else posts the same thread seconds before you... :embarrassed:
  9. MMIX is apparently 2009. So... Yeah. What do you all think the relevance of the title will be, if any?
  10. Yes, Major Minus! :D
  11. Just saw this on Facebook!
  12. 1.) MX (Intro) 2.) Hurts Like Heaven 3.) Princess of China 4.) Major Minus 5.) Paradise 6.) Us Against the World 7.) Great Expectations 8.) Tomorrow 9.) Up in Flames 10.) Charlie Brown 11.) Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall 12.) Mylo Xyloto HIDDEN TRACK 13.) A Hopeful Transmission That means we'd have 5 songs we'd never heard before at all and 5 songs we haven't heard studio versions of before. The only stuff we'd have heard before, as it appears on the album, would be Major Minus, Paradise and Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall. Sounds good to me.
  13. New Bjork and Mastodon albums this month :)
  14. Besides that minor factual error (it was in fact founding guitarist, Hillel Slovak, who had died), it's actually a very well written review. I disagree with your opinions on the album, but I still enjoyed reading your thoughts on it.
  15. "death of a drummer" FAIL
  16. Now you're just being stupid, of course it'll be better than X&Y
  17. Oh so some people have taken this seriously? :/
  18. You can check the article history to see it
  19. ^ As a Muse fan I'd say Origin of Symmetry and Black Holes and Revelations are their best albums
  20. I don't think Moving to Mars would fit in as well as Major Minus, despite how good it is
  21. I don't think I'll be disappointed, mainly because I'm not expecting any groundbreaking or amazing, just a very solid album.
  22. I've tried to but I can't enjoy The Clash or The Rolling Stones very much besides a few songs :/
  23. Was it Chris who said he wanted 13 tracks? I thought he wanted 10, can't remember though so feel free to correct me.
