They wrote their first four and got successful. That was good Coldplay. Chris wants to write music in the vein of Paradise. Jay-Z never told him to write a song like dis because they did their own little version of Lost. Sure he's chilling with his fellow celebrities, but they don't really have that much of a say in it. If anyone's marginally close to blame, it's Brian Eno's actual hands-on influence on here.

Jay-Z, Kanye, and Drake are arguably the best MC's out there. They might be a contributing factor in fucking up Chris, but it's a combination of many things. I think Chris Martin ruined Chris Martin.

Chris said he asked her in Vegas this year, right? Wasn't that well after Rock Im Park though? To be honest, I still have hope for this track. It's not like it's listed as Princess of China (feat. Rihanna) on the back or in the tracklisting, she's not held up as a billboard for more fans. Out of all the CP disappointments, this one seems the least effective in breaking my spirit. I just wish they crossed the Panama canal and chose an oriental singer. They could even try and pass Bjork off if they wanted to, a lot of CP fans tend to be ignorant to anything they don't listen to.

I nipped at her back when Paradise surfaced. Like I legitimately sent some three paragraph explanation of how Paradise makes me feel like the band belittles us and dumbs down the lyrics. Maybe I'll be featured as the team Oracle question and everyone will give me self-esteem advice. :( I don't want to not like this band. My heart hurts from hearing Paradise, my heart hurts to hear these lyrics and this shallow music. I've almost been trying to like it. I would not mind to see the Oracle addressing some rage and hatred sometimes, it's pretty obvious that it exists. It's existed since Parachutes, maybe even earlier. Of course she has a bias to the band, but that doesn't mean the displeased fans can't be voiced. If this were Stars or Chilly Gonzales' website, they'd respond to all hate-mail and political mail strictly!

They should just get OST's, then we wouldn't need to worry about tarnished songs.

But this is their comfort zone that they've finally found. Sure they've enjoyed prior records for a little while, but they feel so confident and full about Mylo Xyloto that if they continued to make music, I would bet my bottom dollar that it would continue in the vein of these songs.

It's not a phase if they enjoy making it. They're not unsure or uneasy about any of this. No, they've found their comfort zone and created their "masterpiece". I don't even want LP6 anymore at this rate. inb4 WAHHHH YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE REST OF THE ALBUM; sure, I haven't. Maybe UFO and Up In Flames are convincing factors. I doubt it.

Imagine the immense irony. "Evolution" my ass... it's like a Gyrados evolving into a Magikarp. And on a Muse note, their jams, symphony, and select songs are pretty good but they're on a steady decline. Their decision to cut all of OoS from the sets is further evidence. I have my hopes for LP6, I think... moar like Screenager plz. I'm Yours is actually one of my least favorite Metric songs, and I do think that NSC is among the worst Muse songs as well. :shrug: I don't understand why that series couldn't just settle for an OST by someone who's interested in making it.

Wedding Bells will show up on the Breaking Dawn soundtrack. On a side note, do you guys think that Muse has also hit that point-of-no-return the way Coldplay most likely has?
