Is this a thread where we can post about new artists that we think have major potential? Cause I have a few bands I've been quite excited about!

Radio is rigged. I literally mean that. There are no DJs, everything's sindicated, so they don't get to choose what they play, companies that own, or pay off the station, play artists they have invested in from the start and push there songs instead of more deserving artists. My local rock radio station recentlly became a right wing talk show.....that's fine if your into that sort of thing, but now we don't have a rock station. I hear that's happening all over the country and it's sad to hear its spreading to the UK and abroad, as I had put a lot of hope in the UK for holding firm, but I guess money is power. I have heard ETIAW twice I think, and I was on vacation when I did, and I heard Paradise on the bus once. That's it. Stay strong rockers, cause our generations gonna have to bring it back! Sorry for the rant!:P

I miss it to, but I love the new era too, they kept the best bits and adapted them to a new style. If the Viva style stayed for ever we might have taken it for granted and no longer appriciated it or gotten bored of it. Now it will always hold a special place in the hearts of Coldplay fans.:)

Does anyone know any info regarding a new blur album? I've heard rumors, but does anyone know if they are based in any solid facts?

Good point. We might not even get it released here....but I will keep hoping! I honestly believe the American charts are rigged. I think I've heard on the radio once, but that's it. Oh well, their loss.

I know they signed a record deal recentally, but it's probally for a live album. Either way I'll be looking forward to that, though I'd rather have new material. It's still to early to tell.

Does that mean we can buy the notebook? I couldn't afford the pop-up edition, but all I really want is chris' notebook, so I may buy that if I can.... Isn't alot of the notebook in the pop-up book anyways?
