Me again! I do love making setlists :laugh3: I should be the band's official setlist creator :rolleyes: Anyway, this time I did some crazy maths and worked out the top songs in terms of how many times they've been played live divided by the number of years they've been played. In theory it should have created the 'perfect' setlist, but the results were a bit... well see for yourself... :lol: I'm not too sure about the order though, what do you guys think? :thinking:

Hi :D If you liked MX you should check out Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends. That's an amazing album, and the most similar to MX out of all the records (though every album is unique in its own way :)) You should also definitely get A Rush Of Blood To The Head, its got some classic songs a lot of which they still play live so if you're going to see them its a must have. The other two albums are Parachutes and X&Y, so if you like AROBTTH you should give those two a listen :D They don't usually play as many songs from these albums anymore though :\ As far as setlists go, they're usually more or less the same within each tour, you should go and look at some of the recent setlists in the Live section of this site to get a vague idea of what they'll play. Paradise and Major Minus seem to be pretty much guaranteed, but Princess of China is less likely as they probably won't do it without Rihanna. They have been playing Up In Flames, but I wouldn't be surprised if they drop it in favour of U.F.O. as they haven't played that one live yet. I hope this has been helpful at all :D

agreed. As for Car Kids, I feel it is the Glass of Water of this era. There were loads of references to GOW in the lead-up to Viva (the lyrics to it were even on the Lost! single artwork!) In which case Car Kids will be released on an EP, not as the main single but it will still be played live and well-received like GOW was. Meanwhile they will release a previously unheard-of song (possibly an extended version of MX?) as a single and the main track on the EP. Then again CK could just end up like Famous Old Painters, but even then an EP would still be possible :shrug:

Dear God :facepalm: I wonder what's more likely: a Multi-million selling rock band (who have already had issues in the past with accused plagiarism) 'stealing' a song from what looks like a bunch of high-school kids (I'm sorry that's just what it looks like to me) OR these kids hearing Princess of China at Rock Im Park and thinking "Let's copy that no-one will notice, we're not famous anyway" :thinking:

I think Hoodoo might grow on me actually... I like the piano part in it :) Yeah, I'm still kinda undecided about The Resistance, I like Uprising, USOE and I'm surprised that I actually like IBTY (its probably the clarinet solo that does it for me :lol:). The rest of the songs are sort of meh :\ As for the symphony, I like the idea but it will probably take a few more listens to get into it.
