About this Chromatica - Kaotica case. Tried to follow it a bit. It's sometimes interesting to follow this side of the music fanaticism (or fanaticism in general), where things get toxic and hateful. It shows there is a lot of passion, which is good, but at the same time it shows people being overly obsessed with something to unhealthy amounts and it's sad, scary and immature. Also it shows again, how easy it is to make a case of something on Internet with half truths or false information and people will believe it without giving it a doubt. In this case these immature Gaga's fans are just doing some free promotion for Coldplay, so in my opinion reaction from Coldplay fans to these Gaga fans should be: "LOVE. Don't worry, you will be more mature someday."

I haven't got confirmation email either, but I can see my order under the Order History when I look at my account in Coldplay store. Fulfillment status says "unfulfilled" though.

You spilled the truth. I seriously don't get the hype about The Weeknd in general. Have you listened to his lyrics? It's sad that people stream and support such a misogynist artist. I mean i'm be no means music expert, but here's my comment. We can't argue, that a lot of the music these days feels generic. But the beauty of a song becoming big or relevant these days mostly lies in something else than just being an original artsy masterpiece. It's freakin TikTok era, where people have attention span of 5 seconds, so in order to make impact with a song, you need to do it in 5 seconds. Let's not forget that most of the people don't properly listen to music, they just hear it and consume in a very basic way. So what for example Blinding Lights achieved is that it became instantly easily relatable to all the age groups. It has very simple catchy melody, which somehow didn't wear out quickly, it presented the sound of the 80's in a clever way, it's uptempo and danceable - TikTok. So overall, the thing is that definition of a masterpiece can be different. Blinding Lights is a masterpiece if you consider it achieved "ticking all the boxes" of the modern hit song and you can't blame the song for doing that. You could just blame the modern society making the criterias of a masterpiece something else than they were in the past.

If it's not officially easily accessible, then probably there is a reason behind it. I have feeling it was a mistake and it shouldn't be available. So, please don't share links in here, especially the unofficial ripped ones.

It's about the taste if people like it or not, but Higher Power has hell of a strong production, that's not arguable! A bit reminds me Blinding Lights, but Higher Power has more dynamics, stronger drums and bass and overall more boost, at least in this clip. Hoping for some of the amazing Jonny's guitar elements though, to give it proper Coldplay vibe. Very catchy, definitely need the whole song now!

I did that too and haven't got any confirmation email either. I haven't ordered anything before from Coldplay store... I don't know what's going on?

Take On Me reference sounds great though. Actually something what I was hoping. Some MX vibes mixed with 80's would be exciting.

They look so full of confidence and ambition, like almost knowing 100% it will be the biggest hit in the world for the next few months. They have never before came out of studio so big and strong, haven't they?

Okay, this one needs a bit explaining. I would think that most of us don't know this fact.

These are just my opinions and theories: I have to say that Higher Power doesn't feel like an album name at all. Music of the Spheres still seems to be the name for the whole project/LP9. Only rumours we have about the MOTS release date, refer for September release - so it's still a long way off and promoting Higher Power makes sense. Wasn't it the same with Mylo Xyloto? We had ETIEW release without any announcement of album, although there were big rumours about MX being the name of the album. Symbol which most probably refers to MOTS is: Has anyone thought that the Alien Radio frequency screen actually reminds this symbol? Also to go back to that photo in Everyday Life booklet, I guess I'm not the only one who can draw connections. I can't find the connection with triangle and rectangle though.

That's for sure. He has produced/co-produced a ridiculous amount of pop songs (including Orphans, let's not forget). And he's one the biggest pop producers out there. One thing for sure, Higher Power is aiming to be a very massive hit, let's see if it lives up the hype. The hype seems bigger than before any of the previous singles.

So, are they actually going to premiere it from the International Space Station, like some crazy speculations are saying?

Why announce all at once? It's more exciting to share news piece by piece ? There is definitely going to be an album in few months time at least.

Did anyone figure out the whole meaning of these 5 little symbols that are appearing on the posters and website along these Kaotican texts? Didn't find much about these in this Google Doc. Some of these symbols were already visible on the Music of the Spheres photo in Everyday Life booklet. Looking at the meaning of these, they either seem to have some spiritual meaning behind it or it could have something to do with symbols of the Earth's Spheres and different sources of energy. For example: - one of the symbol for air or Atmosphere. I could find quite strong connection between the title "Higher Power" and spiral symbol . Basicly it seems to have some background from Reiki. There is Cho Ku Rei symbol and Rei part of it is spiral. And Rei bascily means God's Wisdom or the Higher Power. So, what are your expectations for the next days until the release? How they are going to step up their promotion game? Maybe some cryptic video message or short snippet of a song at the end of this week? As we know, on May 5th Chris is performing on that Dell Technologies World thingy. Do we get to taste of something new on there already? May 7th is the date in the code - official release date of Higher Power supposedly. Most probably they are on BBC 1 Breakfast with Greg James. Any other rumours?

I guess they should definitely put that Google Doc link on alienradio.fm as an official guidebook or something. This is quite an amazing piece of work. Also, just to show off how capable Coldplay fans are, it should include all these crazy ideas about solving that svg code.?

Hi everyone! So, these exciting times again unexpectedly, yeah? I’ve been trying to follow this madness for the past couple of days now and I have to say we are definitely lucky that some kind of release (and possibly further announcement) is expected already in 10 days. If the wait was longer or we didn’t know any dates we would lose our minds with this alien stuff no doubt. Considering the amount of material used for teasing I guess it’s fair to say this Alien Radio FM project tops easily all the buildups of the previous releases. (First one for me was the Mylo stuff with running man and stuff – oh so good old times!) Still, considering how many pieces of information we have, I’m actually still not sure what to expect. I might be wrong, but I have a feeling this time it wouldn’t be something in a classic album format (already the previous album was a bit different). Assuming that the title for this project/LP9 is Music of the Spheres, it would make sense that it is something more broad than just an album. This could even be a series of mini albums, but this is just my crazy idea. At least we can be 99% sure, that we are getting a new single next week. And musically speaking, I really have no idea what to expect. Could someone enlighten me? If I look at the theme, colors and styles used, I get this massive modern sound vibe to be honest. After the very eclectic and raw Everyday Life album I’m so excited to hear what comes up next Friday! So, I guess everyone are more excited than ever and we will soon be introduced to some new Coldplay stuff, keep up the good work being full time Coldplay detectives! ?
