1. crap I tried to edit it and this happenned... someone delete it?:D
2. Maybe it's because reading positive comments makes people happy, while negative comments... well not so much. Negative comments about the band can start arguments or fights in a thread and make it dark and gloomy. Now I'm not saying that people shouldn't write any negative comments but that reading people praise the same thing over and over again is to many people less annoying than reading people complain about the same thing over and over again :) I'm really sorry if I sounded even a bit rude to anyone, I tried to put it as kindly as possible, not sure if I succeeded :D
3. It's the first time I saw him go full on YOLO;)
4. Oh sorry. Read it out of context :)
5. Me too... As I mentioned before, I just moved to Mexico so I don't have any friends to watch it with :(
6. Apparently it's someone who likes all of Coldplay's songs. I think. :P
7. Don't you mean Viva La Vida?
8. Haha I wonder what they were celebrating :D
9. wat. Jonny seems like the last guy to do something loke that lol.
10. I never really listened to the lyrics of that skng, but I'll have to take a look now :D
11. Yeah if he put it like you did and firmly explained his point of view, I would have taken it as actual criticizm, and you certainly do have a point. But in his case, he was certainly making up reasons on the spot. He difn't explain any of his claims. Like you said, he really should have elaborated.
12. Exactly. I was reading an article about Coldplay doing the halftime show and one of the comments was literal cancer. He said "The problem Coldplay is that they don't change their style artistically" and I explained to him how they have, for better or worse changed completely. Then he completely abandoned his first argument and moved on to general Coldplay bashing. If you don't like something for no particular reason, it's okay. Just don't make up BS reasons to act like your opinion is legitement criticism.
13. Someone talked about it a few posts above :)
14. I agree with everything you said, but I don't think there are any Newplayers here that straight up don't know the older albums hehe:)
15. Wow... just wow. :D
16. Yup! Everyone's talking about the Superbowl. Really looking forward to it :D Thanks for the welcome btw!:)
17. I've never watched a football game in my life (mostly because in my region it's not very popular) but since I just moved to Mexico and because of Coldplay, I'll give it a try :D
18. "Put down"?
19. You took the words right out of my mouth:)
20. Ooh ooh! I remember having a CP dream once! So I was at a small CP concert and chris was in front of me (btw this was like a month before AHFOD) and he sang all these new songs. I don't recall the transition, but suddenly I was looking at Itunes and the albums cover was kinda like this: but with more lime green.
