Hey there, my name is Mike and i've been lurking this thread for a while now. I decided to become a more active member now since "Viva La Vida" is about to come out, and I would like to discuss their amazing music. Also, I'd like to apologize in behaf of some us new people. Today has been a hectic day, and some of the new people have really missed with you guys. There really giving us new people a bad name:angry:. Hello fellow Coldplayers, I used to be a member of the official site forums a long time ago and stumbled across this very interesting site. Not going to claim i'm the biggest Coldpkay fan in the world because i'm sure there are plenty who claim that already. I am a massive fan though and hope to have some intereting discussions with you. Hey everyone, I am new here and I am in need of some info that maybe someone here would be able to help. Ok here is my dilemma; Last time I saw Coldplay live I had very bad seats but I managed to sneak in the handicap section and got to see Coldplay very close best concert!!! This time they are coming in my hometown again in Aug 3rd, and the tickets go on sale on June 14th. I leave the country on June 10 for Italy so I am in need to get some codes to buy presale tickets because I want to be able to have great seats again this time around. Hi, joined this forum in Dec 2005 but apparently only ever made one post between then and today. Was amazed to realise that my account was still active, and intend to make up for lost time by posting on at least a semi-regular basis! Am looking forward to seeing the band live in December.

I'm Lorelai, and new to the site (well obviously due to my post count) This iTunes commercial actually got me interested in Coldplay, and I've been scrambling like crazy the past couple days listening to some of their older stuff, which I liked, but Viva la Vida just blew me away! I had heard about Coldplay before, but never really took the time to listen. After seeing the commercial, and not just being mesmerized by the pretty lights, but the sound and the lyrics just captured my heart! I've been a "casual fan" of Coldplay for YEARS. Ever since I heard them for the first time, I heard Yellow and thought it was fantastic. I never heard the whole album though. Then when AROBTTH came out I burned it and well, I think we all know what songs are on the first half of that album. ... when X&Y came out my fandom had built to where I was anticipating the release so I bought the album.
