So I thought I'd officially say hello, I'm new :) Awesome forum here, although I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the info and the thousands of threads and posts, it's hard work keeping up with everything... :stunned: but also lots of fun. I've also been thinking about joining the perv unit :D :D

Hi everyone, my name is Joel and i'm from Melbourne, Australia. I'm currently a University student, aged 23 and of course (most importantly), i'm a Coldplay fan! I've been a fan of Coldplay since the "A Rush of Blood to the Head" era. The song Clocks was the spark which ignited my passion for Coldplay. Until the release of Viva La Vida, A Rush of Blood to the Head has been my favourite Coldplay album. Already, Viva La Vida has exceeded my expectations and stands out as a remarkable masterpiece. The album is infallible in my opinion and is a welcome departure from the less inspiring X&Y. So: 1. Viva La Vida 2. A Rush of Blood to the Head 3. Parachutes 4. X&a…

Hi everyone! I just realised I haven't posted much and it felt like it was time to introduce myself. Yup. I'm Sara from sunny Sweden! I'm nither newbie, nor veteran fan to Coldplay I guess. I've liked Coldplay since I first heard them (can't really remember but I think the first song I heard was Clocks) but it wasn't until "Talk" that I fell in love with the band (which made me fell for Kraftwerk at the same time :-) ). Oh, and I got tickets to one of the concert in Globen in Stockholm this autumn. I've never been to a large concert before so I'm really excited; it's almost silly! I've seen videos online of their concerts and it just seems amazing! Can't think …

Well I just signed up after about a steady month of lurking so I thought I should introduce myself. I'm just your average 25 year old coldplay fan, have been since sometime in 2000, when I picked up parachutes on the strength of a thirty second clip of 'Trouble'. They officially hit near favorite band status after A Rush of Blood, was released. But I never went looking for fan sites or anything, I'm not sure why, maybe its because I already belonged to a few fan sites for my other fav bands and didn't really need a place to just chat. But by the time X&Y came out I officially had my whole family on board as fans so coldplay is pretty much playing somewhere in my hous…

so i was just sitting here at one in the morning thinking"who can i talk about coldplay with" then i found this sweet board lol. but i've listened to Coldplay for a longtime now so whatever. I have to say VLVODAAHF is their best album. the only one that makes you think very deeply into what the message the boys are trying to say. much like classic rock bands which im usually more into, but coldplay is moving up on my list very quickly. especially with this cd. by the way what is with the obsession of AROBTTH on this board? all the songs seem to be about the same thing to me, but Green Eyes is an amazing song. anyways, Hi!

Hey all, I'm 24, from Essex in the UK... been into Coldplay since Parachutes. Favourite Coldplay songs are probably Low, White Shadows and Don't Panic. Going to the O2 gig in December this year which I'm dead chuffed about as I have Row A, Block A1 tickets! :P Hopefully getting tickets as well for the BBC and Brixton gigs... *fingers crossed*. I was at Crystal Palace and the Earls Court gigs so the O2 will be my third time... Anyway, hello again... looking forward to the Coldplay banter. ;) Laters!

Greetings... I've been visitng coldplaying.com for a couple years now, but just got to making posts. My wife and I are huge Coldplay fans. We saw them for the first time on Feb 4, 2006 at The Forum in Los Angeles. Had such an amazing night that we bought seats on eBay for the show at the Anaheim Pond on Feb 6. The only bigger fan in our house is our 4-year-old son. This kid is a fanatic, he knows some lyrics better than I do; memorized VH and VLV within a week. His preschool teachers told us that he was singing "the new Coldplay song" at nap time. So let me ask a question... We really want to take him to the show, but don't know if it will be too much for him. He probably…

hello mates! I m glad to be here. i suppose this is the largest coldplay forum, but also a good forum to talk about pop rock alternative indie music, right? My name is george and i am from greece My favorite band is Radiohead (have a look at my blog if you wish) but X&Y was undoubtedly one of my fav albums and there is much anticipation for Viva La Vida. Besides I have to apologize for my poor english.

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum, but not to Coldplay. I was hooked when someone played Trouble for me back when Parachutes came out. A little about myself. I'm 24 and originally from South Carolina. I was a Theatre major and a Comm-Media Studies major at the College of Charleston. After graduation I took a job in Iowa, then went to DC for a little bit, then finally made the move to Los Angeles where I've been for the last year. LA is growing on me. While I hate to be an LA stereotype, I am an actor. As much of a cliche as that makes me in this city, I'm proud of what I do and more importantly, its what I love. I also just bought my first bass and am having fun lear…
