And on the night of the murder, my bro's other work, which is a store that sells really sharp knives, was broken into, I'm freaked out that the cops might think it's him... But my bro was home when it happened. This is really freaky.....sorry, just had to vent...

The one time I was REALLY freaked out by a crime that took place really close to me is when I walked past an area that the police had taped off where there was a chalk outline of a body on the sidewalk. :stunned:

 

But that was a little farther away from where I live.

A murder happened on my street a couple of years ago and it was my brothers best friend who got killed :embarrased: So I know how scary it is when it happens really near to you but I hope your bro is in the clear :)

I've seen many a murder happen near me, yet it is each time shocking to hear that something has happened again.... :/

It really dosen't scare me anymore....everyday someone else was killed. As long as it isn't me or someone i know.

I hear of murders near me quite a bit but it doesn't really hit home until you actually have to walk past the blood and the scene especially when it was someone you were close to

I never realised how fortunate I am to live where I live cos if there ever is a murder, it's very rare and usually happens hours away from me.

I'm sure there has been a murder near me before but...I think I would of been very young.
