September 13, 201114 yr ^^ i'm a master of back pain and just got one of those huge plastic gymnic balls to sit on at my desk. it's the best thing i've bought in a long time. you automatically sit with your pelvis in the right position and you can roll and move around a bit while working at a table. but you'll need professional help to get the right size for your stature.
