I was just at one today..I bought a cool shirt, a bag, a belt and this really awesome jacket for $8.50!!!!! Gotta love them :D

I usually come out with an armful of used vinyls that add up to about 5 bucks. And then a few shirts and a couple books on top of that. :P

 

I do an alarming amount of my shopping at various thrift stores. :rolleyes:

thrift shops are great for finding unique cheapy vintage clothes.

i havnet got any where i live :cry:

We've got Goodwill and the Salvation Army like in the USA and the UK, but whenever I go there the clothes are from the 80's and smell funny, I wanna go antique clothes shopping! :/ But those shops are on the east coast...

We have Salvation Army here too but Frenchy's is the main one. :P

haha I love thrift stores...they're the best, and sooo cheap!!! BUT I always wash anything I buy there before I wear it...that's kinda a rule. We have multiple thrift stores and good will's around here...I love them. I should start going more often. :smug:

Yeah it would be kinda nasty to not wash the stuff before wearing it. My new stuff smelled like old people when I bought it :confused:

I got a shirt at a goodwill store a couple years ago that has somebody else's initials monogrammed on it. It's kind of funny, because every time I wear it somebody asks who "JLK" is. I try to make up a different story every time. :P
