My parents...oh man...they're good people, they really are, but their still my parents. My mom tries too hard to be involved in my life and with my friends. One of my good friends, Kendra, her mom Terry is best friends with my mom Casey. Well they get together and gossip about us all the time...and my mom never suspected that I smoked pot until Terry started saying Kendra does. So now my mom is all kinda weird about it...which pisses me off cuz I was golden. She looked in my car the other day for something, and found what she called a "bong", and I said you mean a piece? And she asked if it was mine, I'm not an idiot, so I said no. I said "I have smoked pot before mom", and she knows but doesn't want it to be a regular thing. My dad is clueless...I kinda even feel bad sometimes, but I'm 19. :confused:

My parents are great to me. Tho my mom won't stop crying. But em... that's a different story. I LOVE MY PARENTS!

My mom is actually nice. She's fun company to go to movies or talk and such but i can't be totally open with her cos it just feels too weird. she has quite good taste in music and movies + stuff but i hate it when she tries to be funny ... without a success :rolleyes: :dozey:

 

and i hate it when she always blaims everything on me and everything is my fault and so on... but otherwise i like her. love her. :smiley:

I'm not saying I don't love my parents b/c I do more than anything, they made me ;) hehe. But yea, I do get annoyed of them. My mom is a great person, and a really sensetive person, as am I, but she takes things way too personally most of the time and its hard to try and explain why. Most people aren't like her and I, and thats hard for her. I just accept it and don't let it get to me. I know I'm her fav kid cuz I care the most about her and I show I love her all the time. My dad is very successful and has taken care of all 6 of us kids...I give him so much credit. He came from a poor family, the youngest of 14 kids, and started his own business which has been very successful. He works really hard. Man, this thread is actually really making me appreciate them...hehe

If I talked about all the things my father has done to my mom and my siblings and me over the years, it would be too uncomfortable for all of us. :dozey:

my siblings are moved out so im the last left and like if the refridgerator is left open or something it's always me whose blamed and such

hahaha i love my parents but sometimes i want to kill them. I hate my dads girlfriend and she hates me. mom can be very inconsiderate. there..those are their flaws :lol:

hahaha thats funny...my mom says I'm too sarcastic and cynical sometimes. I just make things funny so its not uncomfortable, haha it pisses her off I guess. My dad calls me a "hypocondriact" cuz I complain too much about little things like bruises...haha. Its more of an inside joke. For the most part, I really get along with my parents and they really like me. My dad isn't a very lovey dovey person and I totally am...he won't say "I love you", he'll say "your loved" which is cute too. My mom is totally into PEACE and love and all that jazz...which I am too so that brings us together. :smug:
