I cant sleep when I am looking forward to something . Or sometimes I cant sleep after falling as sleep to early when I have been out for a drink.

I think the best way to get rest is by trying to recall lectures from University. Better than sheep I tell you!

Even Albert Camus (An Existentialist) said "Some people talk in their sleep. Lecturers talk while other people sleep"

Don't you hate it when you can't sleep?

I can sleep well :wink3:
