I want to see this movie. I think Natalie Portman is a great actress but her love interest (and the director of the movie) is apparently not very good...

The main character was in a lithium-induced coma his whole life until the death of his mother brought him off the pills. And the story goes from there...

I'm a little wary of a movie where anti-depressants play a pretty strong role in the plot, because I've seen so many negative stereotypes about the drugs and the people who use them reinforced that way.

 

Hopefully that part of it is autobiographical, because if he hasn't experienced it firsthand, I'm almost certain to be at least annoyed by it.

saw it last night... I dont even know what to say... its freakin amazing.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago. I liked it a lot. Zach Braff should be proud of this film. For a first-timer, it's fantastic.

 

And don't get me started on how much I love Peter Sarsgaard. That man is butter. :cool: :lol:

i don't agree, Zach Braff is absolutely amazing and brilliant! you must see this movie.

i saw this movie tonight, and it was amazing, i loved every bit of it, it was hilarious and it is definately on my list of favs.
