I actually did quite well in Badmington. I hit it twice!! Go me!! (and that is good....)

My knee just popped out again and i put in back in all by myself!!! How clever am i?? No ambulance this time ..... :lol:

 

But it didn't stick out all weird like last time..... :D

 

wow, i had the same problem.....my knee would always dislocate, and i learnt to put it back in myself too! was really disgusting when my kneecap stuck out tho.....yeek! wow, how weird! didnt think many of us had that problem! hehe! i've now had surgery to stop it from popping out tho, so far so good! :-D
