March 18, 201016 yr Why not? I think "Angels and Demons" and "The da Vinci Code" are great books. Why not? Doesn't really answer my question. He's an absolutely terrible writer and I shudder to think that people will look back on his work to define this generation :/
March 18, 201016 yr He's an absolutely terrible writer and I shudder to think that people will look back on his work to define this generation :/ I don't think that he is the best writer in the world or something like that, but he isn't bad...But you know, this's only my opinion.
March 18, 201016 yr I'm still reading the same book as I was this morning when I posted in this thread. :o For some reason I've been getting into books about mathematician's lives. :P
March 22, 201016 yr I finished Nick Laird. Expected something different as his interviews are usually full of metaphors, quotes, similies, ... but I enjoyed it. :) At the moment I am skipping through a few short stories about the sea; but will probably start reading "The Autograph Man" by Zadie Smith.
