I hate Coldplay and Radiohead comparasion because I hate Radiohead :smug:

 

What pisses me is that like, for example: I compared Interpol to Joy Division. It should be taken as a compliment.. like wow, they sound like an old important band. Like an influence to the band and stuff.. fans never do that.

the funny thing is, Paul has said in numerous interviews.. that he never had heard Joy Division until people made that comprison.. I dont think they are influenced by other 'bands' persay.. but they seem to be a band that is influenced by 'surroundings'.. imagery and such.. which is pretty impressive.. because when I listen to them.. its all about ambiance... they make me feel... its weird... lol

 

but, yes.. the JD comparison is tired.. I havent heard JD either.. :embarrased: I just know the band hates that comparison. :(

Camille, people have been asking me that alot, I don't know yet, there is nothing on Amazon even indicating that these singles exist yet.

 

I have a turntable though, and I still buy vinyls, I have antics on vinyl too.
